DESCRIPTION:
Howard & Davis, Boston, Mass., "Regulator No. 2", 8 day, weight driven, brass movement banjo wall timepiece.
CONDITION:
Cherry case with rosewood graining in good condition has some dings and scratches and surface abrasion in spots on an original finish. There is some damage to the bottom board from the weight. Original paper dial has turned yellow with age with some surface abrasion and wear at the mounting screws. Both tablets look to be original with some restoration to the background. The weight baffle and hold down are missing. Original hands, pendulum and weight. Movement is signed.
